Twin J Charters started as weekend fishing trips with family and friends that has grown into Seattle's charter fishing operation, serving hundreds of guests. Founded in 2023 by Captain Jerome Jefferson, our charter began with a 25' Defiance pilot house fully-equipped for trolling King Salmon to hauling up Dungeness Crab pots.
Based out of Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle, we have unparalleled access to some of the best fishing grounds in Washington State. We know these waters relatively by every reef, every drop-off, every spot where the big ones like to hide.
But Twin J Charters is more than just catching fish. It's about creating memories that last a lifetime. Whether you're a seasoned angler chasing a personal best or a parent introducing your kids to the joy of reeling in their first catch, we're here to make it happen!

With over 20 years of experience navigating Puget Sound, Captain Jerome knows these waters like the back of his hand. His passion for fishing started on these very waters with his grandfather. After earning his 100-ton Master Captain's license, Jerome founded Twin J Charters with a simple mission: to share his love of fishing with others while providing the safest, most rewarding experience possible.
Captain Jerome's philosophy is simple: the trip isn't over until you've caught your limits. His knowledge of seasonal patterns, tidal movements, and fish behavior means you'll spend less time waiting and more time reeling in catches.
He's a certified fishing guide and when he's not on the water, you'll find him tying flies or teaching his kids the art of fishing.
